give a ten-minute power point presentation. After the

The
Network of Business Angels and Investor Organization
The Network of Business Angels and
Investors (NBAI) is entering into it's 14th year of helping our
sophisticated investor members connect with emerging growth companies
seeking capital. Founded by Jerry Martin, NBAI began with just 4
eager angel investors in 1994 with a dream to help entrepreneurs grow
and prosper. NBAI has grown into an active investor community
of over 90 members. During the time investors have participated in
over 60 Transactions (valued at
over $34 Million), with individual
investments ranging from $10K to $3million. NBAI is
advancing their participation in the market place by working with
Launch Funding Network (LAUNCHfn) to screen and prepare companies for
consideration and by providing educational products and services to the
investor community so they can increase their participation in private
equity investing.
NBAI is a
community of investors that want to actively pursue business
opportunities that may involve the investment of time, money, or other
resources. Traditionally, they focused strictly on
private equity transactions. The organization has evolved to
include special interest groups that have socio-economic influence,
short term liquidity requirements, or acquisition and participation
elements. NBAI provides its members with greater
access to opportunities and services to actively seek specific
opportunity and to screen those opportunities. Most
importantly, it provides its members a community of like-minded
successful business owners and investors.
